The company’s registration documents are kept by the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or the “Administrator.”
2. The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
a. Through information voluntarily entered in forms.
b. Through the storage of cookie files (“cookies”) on end devices.
c. Through the collection of server logs by the hosting operator home.pl S.A., operating at www.home.pl.
II. Information in Forms.
1. The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user.
2. The Website may also record information about connection parameters (time mark, IP address).
3. Data provided in forms are not made available to third parties without the user’s consent.
4. Data provided in forms may constitute a database of potential clients registered by the Website Operator with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection.
5. Data provided in forms are processed for purposes resulting from the form’s function, e.g., for business contact.
III. Information on Cookies.
1. The Website uses cookies.

2. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed.
3. The Administrator processes the following personal data: name, surname, email address, and phone number(s).
4. Personal data are processed for purposes necessary for the performance of contracts, orders, and for undertaking marketing and recruitment activities.
5. The basis for processing data depends on the situation and includes Article 6(1)(a–f) of the GDPR.
6. Personal data will be processed for an appropriate period, not longer than required under applicable legal provisions in the respective areas of personal data processing. Where consent has been given, personal data will be processed until it is withdrawn.
7. Recipients of personal data may include: courier, transport, and postal companies; IT support providers for the administrator; business partners and system integrators (to the extent necessary for efficient execution of orders, contracts, and maintaining contact with current and potential customers).
8. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and to data portability.
