Founder/CEO

CEO and Founder of Crystal Panel, responsible for the brand's strategy, development and direction. An economist by training, he graduated from the University of Antwerp. He combines a business approach with a passion for technology, especially in the area of modern LED backlighting. He excels at visionary thinking, pursuit of innovation and deep knowledge of the market. Privately, he is a lover of classical music, a choir singer, and a devoted husband and father who is motivated by his family.

Founder/CTO/CBDO

He is in charge of technological development and the smooth functioning of the company's operational processes. He's been working in the industrial sector since 1997 and has more than 25 years of experience in production, service, logistics and IT management. He is known for his technical precision, systemic approach and ability to manage complex processes. Privately, he is passionate about new technologies and motorization, which makes him constantly seek new inspirations and solutions.

Administration Specialist

She manages the company's administration department and is responsible for organization, documentation and internal communication. By education she is an engineer with a master's degree in forestry, and by experience she is an expert in coordinating office processes and operational support. She is known for her thoroughness, human oriented approach and ability to combine order with a good team spirit. After hours, she pursues her passion for music, sings in a choir, and is interested in history, social sciences and travel.

Sales Director

He is responsible for the development of the sales department and the company's sales strategy, including in foreign markets. He graduated with a degree in International Business from the Poznan School of Banking.  He has successfully transformed sales models and built new B2B markets. He combines determination, relationship-building skills and good market knowledge. Privately, he is an active fan of skiing, soccer, cycling and travel.

Sales Manager

She deals comprehensively with sales on the Polish market, stating from establishing contacts to preparing offers, purchase orders, handling projects and maintaining business relations. She has been involved in B2B sales for more than 10 years. After hours, she sings in a choir, spends her time actively and fulfills her role as a mother of teenagers.

Key Account Manager

He is responsible for sales as well as building and maintaining B2B relationships. He supports clients in selecting the best solutions, offering expert technical advice and comprehensive service. He has extensive experience working with demanding business partners and values open communication and the highest quality of collaboration. Outside of work, he is passionate about travel and sports, and a music.

Export Manager

She is responsible for international sales, including the UK, Ireland, Italy and France market. She has seven years of experience working with international clients, which has allowed her to develop a solid communication and relational foundation, which she uses successfully in sales today. After work, she enjoys reading detective stories, travels and is passionate about pets.

Export Manager

He is responsible for French-speaking customer service and sales development in the French market. He has over 20 years of experience working in an international environment, gained in France. He has an excellent knowledge of the French language and culture, a professional attitude and an individual approach to each client. He values relationships, culture and diversity, finding himself easily in a multicultural environment.

Junior Export Manager

Responsible for building and maintaining client relationships in German-speaking markets. He is studying applied linguistics, continuously developing his language skills, especially in German and English. Outside of work, he is an avid mountain hiker and rock music enthusiast, as well as a passionate bridge player.

Head of Production

He manages the production department, planning, coordinating and optimizing manufacturing processes. Has a technical background and years of experience in organizing and managing production in various industries. He is goal-oriented, operationally minded and effective in implementing solutions.

Marketing Manager

She is in charge of marketing strategy, communications and branding activities. She has been working in the field of public relations and marketing for over a decade, with a particular focus on the B2B segment.  Privately, she is happy a wife and mother, as well as a lover of the sea and freediving. She loves good literature and traveling.

Marketing Specialist

She assists the company's marketing operations, mainly in the area of visual communications. She is currently studying marketing, having previously trained as a graphic designer. She is exploring the world of marketing, and wants to pursue modern visual communications and effective marketing strategies.
