Company sets in Poznań as Duolux was founded - a producent of fluorescent lamps.

How did crystal panel evolve?
It all began in Poznan in 2011. We had experience in the lighting industry and the belief that light can be more than just a function. So we founded Duolux, which initially produced state-of-the-art LED fluorescent lamps that stood out in the market for their efficiency, quality and energy savings.
But we knew this was just the beginning. We saw the unique potential of our product and started looking for new ways to use LEDs. And then came the idea that changed everything: edge-lit LED panels.
After months of testing, trial and error, we came up with a product that became the future of our company - an extremely thin panel that uses precision engraving and edge backlighting to create an evenly lit surface. We called it Crystal Panel LED - from the effect of crystal clear light and the structure of the diodes based on crystals.
Our history
2012 First successes
Already in 2012, our product reaches the finals of the prestigious Good Design competition, as well as winning the Gold Medal of the Poznań Fair and the Expo XXI award in Warsaw.
2015 Offer development
Initially, we offer ready-to-use panels as decorative LED images. Over time, however, we see that the market needs suppliers of the components themselves, so in 2015 we start selling our own LED matrices and other panel components.
2016 The beginning of B2B
We launch B2B sales. We register the Crystal Panel LED brand and invest in developing a sales team.
2017 Cutting-edge facilities
We purchase a modern laser for engraving our panels and further expand our manufacturing facilities.
2018 New direction
Crystal Panel LED becomes our dominant brand. We undergo a full rebranding and with it embrace a new visual identity and communication.
2019 Export
We continue to have an increasingly strong presence abroad, exporting more and more panels to our foreign partners.
2020 Manufacturing development
We expand our production facility by purchasing the most modern laser in Europe
2021 New chapter
We buy an investment plot in Golęczewo with a plan to build a larger production plant and office facilities. In 2024, construction work begins.
2025 Scale-up
We introduce and integrate new administrative and financial tools to support the company's continued growth.

Crystal Panel LED is now a team of experts, proprietary technology and top-level manufacturing. We offer personalised lighting solutions for a variety of clients from industries such as retail, architecture, automotive or culture - in Poland and abroad (including EN, DE, FR).
Our panels:
- provide a crystal-clear sheet of light, without shadows or reflections
- have high energy efficiency and a lifetime of more than 50,000 h
- offer full personalisation and an ultra-thin form starting at 4 mm
- are manufactured in Poland with components from the EU (97%)
- guarantee CRI/RA >97, i.e. maximum colour fidelity
