How does the Crystal Panel work?
A thin plexiglass is engraved according to a special, dedicated algorithm in a point or linear pattern. A LED light is entered into the matrix, which spreads evenly over the entire surface by scattering on the engraving. In this way, a flat panel is professionally protected against light leakage, overheating and differences in lighting.

About the matrix
Gravure pattern Points or lines
Thickness 4 or 6 mm (depending on size and engraving)

*optional thicknesses are possible: 8mm, 10mm and larger

The remaining construction elements are about 0.70mm, i.e. the final dimension is about 4.70mm, 6.70mm, etc.
Size The maximum size is 4.5 m2 in a configuration of 1.5 x 3 m (There is a possibility of infinite joining of panels)
Possible shapes The straight edge of the shape is required
Light parameters
Illuminated edges Depending on the desired lighting power and the size of the matrix, 1, 2 or 4 edges are illuminated

* optionally, 3 edges can be illuminated on request

Color temperature Possible color temperatures:
3,000K, 4,000K, 5,000K, 6,500K, 10,000K (*any other values are optional)
Possible colors:
strips of varying RGB color and colored stripes of constant color
Current parameters
Voltage 12/ 24V

* optional 5V

Power 12-15W/mb LED
Battery powered battery or power bank is available
Lasting
Service life Expected life is 30,000 hours
Right temperature of work From 5° C to 40° C
Permissible humidity IP 40 protection

The matrix can not be exposed to direct contact with water.
Indoor use is recommended.
In other cases it is required to provide ventilation and rapid removal of steam and moisture from the casing/ cassette in which the matrix is mounted.

INSTALLATION METHODS
Standard
  • In an aluminum profile, such as: magnetic, OWZ, one-sided, double-sided.
  • Directly in the furniture in a rigid frame, with or without a milling cutter.
We offer dedicated, matching aluminum profiles in many variants. We invite you for an offer.
Profiles are sold in 3m lag, or work cut to the size indicated.
Nonstandard
  • Through holes drilled for an appropriate surcharge
  • On the hooks
  • Hung in the frame
Other assembly methods require consultation with our technologist, because they affect the production process (protection against bending) and price.
